The Cray Diabetes Self-Management Center—our clinical arm—is committed to providing excellent care and education to patients with diabetes and their families.

The center is managed by The University of Kansas Health System, and its goal is to empower patients, health care providers and families by providing education and skills needed to successfully manage their diabetes.
