About the Cardiovascular Core
The Cardiovascular Core, based in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, offers fee-based services to investigators at KU Medical Center and those outside the institution. The core’s primary goal is to collect physiological data for cardiovascular organs in support of biomedical research at KU Medical Center and in the surrounding region. Our facility strives to provide unique, state-of-the-art technology for muscle functionality, cardiac function, surgical services and related investigative medicine.
