About Our Programs

LEAP! provides both in-person and online programs geared toward improving brain health. We currently offer two free courses: Our six-week Brain Health Boot Camp course and our four-week Mediterranean Diet course. We also offer standalone webinars covering a variety of brain health topics.

Mediterranean Diet Course

The Mediterranean diet has repeatedly been shown to promote brain health. In this four-week course, you'll learn everything you need to know about this healthy and delicious eating pattern. You'll find out how to build tasty meals and snacks that can help support your brain for years to come. This course features interactive Zoom classes, Q&A with our registered dietician, plus recipes and handy reference sheets.

Brain Health Boot Camp

A free, six-week online course covering the fundamentals of a brain-healthy lifestyle. We'll explore nutrition, sleep, exercise, and more! This course features weekly interactive Zoom classes, bonus video lessons, and dozens of additional resources, including cheat sheets and goal-setting ideas.
