HERON and REDCap

Introduction to REDCap and HERON
Beginner Training Clinics, Tuesdays 12-1 p.m. This is an introduction for new users or users needing a refresher.

This training clinic provides an introduction for investigators to using SQLite with a HERON dataset. It is mandatory to have HERON dataset on hand.

REDCap & HERON Office Hours: Monday & Wednesday 4-5 p.m., Friday 9-10 a.m.  This is not a beginner course; 15-20 min appointment to assist with specific questions.

EPIC O2

Education Forum
Every month the Research Informatics and Technology team hosts an Epic O2 Education Forum on the third Wednesday of the month from 12:00-1:00. This educational meeting reviews upcoming changes to the system, provides demos for reinforcement of proper workflows, and provides communication on important topics in Epic O2.

New Hire Epic O2 Training
To ensure new research staff users get appropriate access in O2, the requesting manager must complete a request form via the Healthcare Information Technology Service (HITS) service portal.
