Ravi Chuda, MD, is an assistant professor of medicine at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City, KS. Dr Chuda received his medical degree from Bangalore Medical College in India. He completed a psychiatry residency at the University College of London and an internal medical residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine. Dr Chuda is a medical oncologist and hematologist with a with a specific interest in cancer biology, mutations and targeted therapies. He has expertise in treating genitourinary cancer. Dr Chuda has been an investigator on several clinical trials regarding bladder cancer, autologous stem cell transplant and lung cancer. He has several submitted articles in peer-reviewed journals, including Kansas Journal of Medicine, Current Drug Therapy, International Medical Case Reports Journal and Hospital Medicine Clinics. He has authored numerous poster presentations.

Dr Chuda practices at the University of Kansas Cancer Center in Lee’s Summit and is on staff at several community hospitals. He has mentored several medical students and held committee and leadership positions to serve the community.
