Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging

Project Eagle's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Roadmap 2022-2025 builds on our mission and values to outline standards, strategies and actions that will bring us closer to our vision of a more inclusive community.

Welcome from the Director of Project Eagle

As Director, I want to do everything possible to facilitate the existence of an organization where everyone feels respected, appreciated, and included. That means promoting fairness and impartiality within our procedures and ensuring all individuals feel welcome — and are welcome.

I am proud to share with you Project Eagle’s Roadmap for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (PDF).

This roadmap would not have been possible without the amazing team of staff who volunteered to be a part of the change that centers around our vision, mission, and core values. I am so honored and blessed to be a part of that team.

While we are far from where we want to be, we are committed to having the brave conversations with ourselves that will impact our current and future selves and community.

As we start to embed these practices into our organizational culture, Project Eagle will be stronger and better able to serve our staff, children, families, and community.

I welcome you to join me in being a lifelong learner, recognizing the work of DEI is never complete and leaning into hard things inspires growth and greatness in all of us.

My sincere thanks to you for joining me on this journey.

Yours respectfully,
Lisa London
