Role of the Implementation Committee

  • Coordinate the implementation of the REPAIR organizing framework and pillars of understanding into the curriculum, clinical instruction, employee training, community service and anti-racism initiatives across the schools of Health Professions, Medicine and Nursing. 
  • Act as ambassadors for the REPAIR Project in our different roles: Let our strategic placement on all the various planning committees of anti-racism initiatives serve as the vehicles by which we incorporate and coordinate the REPAIR framework.
  • Devise a strategy and process for evaluating the implementation of the REPAIR Project.
  • Appoint a working group that will conduct the evaluation and perform data analysis.
  • Conduct research and inform the publishing process.
