Nancy Hammond, M.D., is an associate professor in the Department of Neurology. She completed a residency in Neurology and a fellowship in Neurophysiology at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago before joining the faculty at KU Medical Center in 2006.
Dr. Hammond is board certified in Neurology, Clinical Neurophysiology, and Epilepsy. Her career interests include epilepsy, women's issues in epilepsy and medical education. She is part of a multidisciplinary team of epileptologists, neurosurgeons, radiologists and neuropsychologists that provides state-of-the-art comprehensive care to epilepsy patients.
Dr. Hammond also contributes to the department's neurology residency and fellowship programs.
