Melissa Thomas is an Assistant professor in Emergency Medicine at the University of Kansas Health Systems. She completed a residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Nebraska Medical Center followed by and Emergency Ultrasound Fellowship at Medstar Georgetown-Washington Hospital Center. Her interest include point of care ultrasound and residency education. She currently serves as Assistant Program Director of the EM residency at the University of Kansas Health Systems.
