Academic Hospitalist at The University of Kansas Health System. Inpatient internal medicine attending supervising teams of residents caring for patients. This involved teaching residents, medical students and rounding pharmacists on a daily basis while rounding. (July 2011 - June 2013)

My role is fully clinical as I have a full-time outpatient practice in the General Internal Medicine Clinic as of July 1, 2013 to present. I also provide education and oversight to 4 Internal Medicine residents per year during their continuity clinics. Since 2017, I have mentored and collaborated with my nurse practitioner, Caffrey Dudenhoeffer, to care for our large complex patient population.
