I am a surgical pathologist and cytopathologist in an academic medical center. I am eleven years out of fellowship and have gained expertise and practical experience in general surgical pathology with an emphasis in breast, gastrointestinal, pancreas, and liver pathology through a variety of sources. My collaborations with scientists usually include the histologic assessment of routine Handamp;E stained slides, special stains and immunohistochemical stained sections. I have interpreted both mouse and human tissues in this capacity. It is my clinical experience which allows me to provide practical, clinically relevant interpretations of tissue and the pathologic changes that can occur.
