Megan M. Baumgardner, DO

Professional Background

Dr. Baumgardner is a Neurologist the University of Kansas Alzheimer's Disease Center.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2008 and then graduated medical school at Des Moines University in 2012. She completed her residency in neurology at the University of Kansas in 2016 and is board certified in neurology. She then completed a fellowship in Dementia Clinical and Research in 2017.

As an assistant professor, she shares time between caring for patients in the Memory Clinic and working with the research team.
