Lauren Arney, MD

Professional Background

Dr. Lauren Arney earned her medical degree at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. With the goal of serving children in her hometown, she then completed residency at Children’s Mercy Hospital. She graduated with an extra certificate in Childhood Advocacy. She then was selected to complete an extra year as a Chief Pediatric Resident. She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Arney provides comprehensive care for both sick and well pediatric patients from birth through teenage years. In addition to supporting kids and their families to be the healthiest version of themselves, she also has a particular interest in medical education. She enjoys helping develop medical students and residents into excellent future pediatricians.
