Professional Background

Dr. Werth is an assistant professor in the neuroradiology section at the University of Kansas Medical Center. He completed his neuroradiology fellowship at the University of Wisconsin in Madison after earning his medical degree and completing diagnostic radiology residency at KUMC. He is board certified in diagnostic radiology with a certificate of added qualification (CAQ) in neuroradiology from the American Board of Radiology.

Dr. Werth is passionate about medical student, resident, and fellow education and mentorship. He enjoys all facets of neuroradiology with particular interests in brain tumor, stroke, head/neck, and emergency/trauma imaging. He is an active participant in weekly multidisciplinary neuro-oncology and skull base tumor boards.
