Dianne Durham, PhD, Professor of Otolaryngology serves as the Scientific Director of the Core. From past and current funding projects Dr. Durham brings a wealth of experience in the area of tissue preparation and visualization by various microscopy including light/contrast, confocal/fluorescence, scanning and immuno transmission electron microscopy. Sarah tague Sarah Tague, PhD is the supporting staff scientist. She is a Senior Scientist with B.A. in MicroBiology from the University of Kansas, an M.S. in Cell Biology from the University of Notre Dame, and a Ph.D in Physiology from KUMC. She has 20 years of laboratory experience, including 12 years of experience developing animal models of disease with defined behavioral, molecular, and anatomical outcomes.
