The Kansas Recruitment and Retention Center (KRRC) partners with hospitals, private physician practices, community health centers, and other organizations to help strengthen the health care workforce in communities across the State. KRRC services are designed to assist Kansas communities in recruiting and retaining physicians, dentists, pharmacists, physician assistants, APRNs, nurses, dental hygienists, allied health professionals, and behavioral health professionals. The KRRC is currently partnering with more than 80 health care organizations.

The KRRC also offers job search support to a variety of health care providers. In addition to job search assistance, the KRRC offers resources for CV/resume building, interview prep, and contract negotiation.
