Conferences and Webinars

RHES is dedicated to supporting rural health care organizations with valuable opportunities for growth and development. Our bi-annual Elevate conference is specifically designed to help organizations enhance their capabilities and address the unique challenges they face. Through this conference, attendees gain practical insights and strategies in key areas such as:

  • Recruitment and retention of health care providers.
  • Employee engagement to strengthen organizational culture.
  • Effective marketing and communications.

In addition to the Elevate conference, RHES also hosts quarterly virtual sessions that focus on relevant and timely topics. Recent presentations have covered subjects such as utilizing health care apprenticeships to grow your workforce, addressing physician burnout, exploring 3RNET Academy, and precepting rural medical students.
