Advance Care Planning Across the Experience of Health and Serious Illness
About the series
This series will include 5 courses on Wednesdays, beginning June 4th through July 2nd, 2025.
All courses will be held via Zoom Noon – 1:00 PM CST.
The Palliative Care 2025 ECHO will provide practical guidance on navigating advance care planning, goals of care, and end-of-life conversations across the lifespan, from pediatric to geriatric care. Sessions will focus on strengthening communication skills, integrating tools like TPOPP and Vital Talk into care plans, and supporting individuals and loved ones through dying and bereavement. This series is designed to equip the entire care team to compassionately guide conversations with clarity. The entire care team including medical, behavioral health, and legal professionals are encouraged to join this ECHO to strengthen palliative care in Kansas.
Continuing education credit will be offered to physicians, advanced practice clinicians, nurses, and behavioral health clinicians.
