About the Series

This series will include 12 courses every other Tuesday, beginning April 15th through September 30th, 2025.
All courses will be held via Zoom from 12:00 – 1:00 PM CST.

The Kansas Fights Addiction 2025 ECHO: Advancing Centers of Excellence series aims to unite and equip health professionals to address the critical issue of substance use disorder in Kansas clinics and communities. This interactive ECHO learning series will educate learners on practical strategies to strengthen their support for individuals with SUD in clinical and community settings through expert-led discussions and real-world case discussions. This series is designed for primary care providers and clinic administrators, physicians, advanced practice clinicians, nurses, behavioral health clinicians, licensed addiction counselors, peer support workers, recovery specialists, community health workers, and faith-based recovery community members.

Funding Statement

Funding for this project was provided  by a grant approved and awarded by the Kansas Fights Addiction Grant Review Board with grant administration support from the Sunflower Foundation: Health Care for Kansans.  

However, any acknowledgement or publicity that identifies the KFA Board, OAG, or the Foundation in connection with this Grant requires prior written approval by the Foundation before dissemination or publication. Additionally, copies of any such communications that refer to the KFA Board, OAG, or the Foundation in this context must be promptly provided to the Foundation. Where the above statement is not consistent with the available space or intended communication, Grantee will contact the Foundation to request modifications to that language.
