Testing Services supports KUMC with both secure testing software and a secure testing environment. The Testing Center is located in the Dykes Library and provides large-scale group testing for up to 190 students using ExamSoft or Blackboard.

Facilities and Capacity

The Testing Center includes multiple configurable spaces:

• G026 – 60 seats (West half of Testing Center)
• G027 – 60 seats (East half of Testing Center)
• G024 – 18 seats
• G025 – 31 seats
• Room 1028 – 24 seats

Rooms G026 and G027 may be used separately or combined, depending on testing or event needs. Single-station rooms are available for students who qualify for ADA accommodations, including extended testing time.

Technology and Equipment

All rooms are equipped with under-desk computers and flush-mounted monitors, providing a smooth, unobstructed, and private testing environment. Whiteboards, an instructor computer, and projectors are available in all rooms.

Additional Uses

While primarily designed for testing, the Testing Center and its smaller classrooms are also used for other academic events and regularly scheduled classes throughout the semester.
