Media & Classroom Support provides a wide range of support for audio-visual equipment in university conference rooms, meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and offices across campus. If you need help with an issue affecting your current system, even if it was not installed by Media & Classroom Support, you can start with us. We will attempt to answer any questions you may have and troubleshoot any current problems. If we determine that it is necessary to bring in a third-party vendor, we will help coordinate that effort and provide guidance.

Media & Classroom Support will also work with you when it is time to upgrade all or part of your existing system. An experienced media technician will meet with you to assess your needs, tour your space, and make recommendations based upon our latest KU Medical Center AV Standards (requires network authentication, opens in a new tab). When you are ready to proceed, Media & Classroom Support can help with ordering and installing your new system. While there is no charge for Media & Classroom Support services, departments will be responsible for funding any purchases of new equipment or any needed third-party service calls or repairs.
