Media & Classroom (M&CS) Support
Learning Spaces Scheduling: M&CS manages campus-wide room scheduling. The team places all academic classes and coordinates more than 70 centrally-scheduled spaces for meetings, events, symposiums, and more—handling over 20,000 reservations each year.

Event Support: M&CS keeps classrooms, events, and educational technology running smoothly across KUMC. Our technicians support classes every day, assisting in connecting campuses remotely for classroom instruction and helping faculty use classroom technology with confidence. Our team also assists with campus events of all sizes, from small meetings to campus-wide ceremonies. Plus, with on‑call coverage during business hours, the team responds quickly to any classroom AV issue to keep sessions on track.

Media Production: M&CS offers full video production services. From livestreaming campus ceremonies to creating scripted educational, training, or promotional videos, the team provides everything from planning and filming to editing and final delivery.

Technology Liaison Services: M&CS helps departments design better conference spaces. Our team consults on AV standards, equipment, and layout to create consistent, user‑friendly, and cost‑effective conference rooms across campus.
