Enterprise Analytics

The Office of Enterprise Analytics provides business intelligence and other analytical support for planning and decision-making at the University of Kansas Medical Center (KUMC), and acts as the source for official data about KUMC.  We are experienced developers in SAS, Qlikview (BI tool), and Excel.

We manage and develop online applications within a QlikView environment, distributed to employees via a secure Access Point.  Currently, we offer departmental reports on finance (e.g. AM90, AM91, Management), payroll, commitments, and extramural research, and dashboards designed for executives (e.g. All Sources/All Spends, Space Analysis).  We have built enterprise-wide applications such as NIH "Other Support", Student Enrollment tool, and a Monetary Forecasting system, as well as various other custom projects (e.g. parking garage data, employee engagement survey analysis).

We have excellent, responsive staff with enhanced skills in data mining, analysis, and reporting whose backgrounds stem from academics, data management, finance and accounting, and application development.  We offer ad-hoc reporting and analysis related to general institutional data (e.g. student, finance/payroll, research, HR, faculty).

Please don't hesitate to contact us with your institutional needs.

We look forward to serving you!

To log into the QlikView portal or for general help using QlikView reports, please see the Quick Links section.  If you require user access to QlikView, need training with or have suggestions about QV reports, or have other analyses or ad-hoc reporting needs, please submit a request through our Request Form.

As of April 30, 2015, all QlikView users must have signed and agreed to the QlikView and Data Warehouse Access Policy
