Searching Our Catalog: Getting Started
Our catalog is the best place to search for items in our print collection. We recommend you use our E-Book Finder and E-Journal Finder if you’re looking for online content.
- Type the title of the print or electronic book or journal in the search box at https://www.kumc.edu/dykes-library.html. You can also search by Author, Subject, or ISBN/ISSN using the Advanced Search option.
- Click Search to view your results.
- Use the filters on the right side of the page to limit your search if necessary. You can filter by Library, Collection, Format, Date, and more.
- Under Library Location, if you click the Dykes Journal Stacks (Kansas City), a box at the top right corner will indicate the Dykes Journal Stacks (Kansas City)filter is applied and your results will now only show items from the Dykes Library.
- To remove this filter, click the X on the right side of the filter box and you will again see your original results (without any filters).
- Remember, if you can't find what you're looking for at our library, order it through Interlibrary Loan!
