Kansas City Campus Goals

  1. Address and reduce health inequities through partnership with internal and external stakeholders committed to social justice.
  2. Attract, recruit and retain diverse faculty, staff and learners who experience a sense of belonging and empowerment to grow while a member of the KUMC community.

Salina Campus Goals

  1. Provide Safe Zone training for all students, faculty/staff and residents on the Salina campus. 
  2. Establish a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory Council composed of KU Medical Center-Salina Community

Wichita Campus Goals

  1. Address and reduce health inequities through outreach to our community and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders committed to social justice.
  2. Foster an environment that promotes a sense of belonging and empowerment for all members of the Wichita campus community in order to attract, recruit and retain diverse faculty, staff and learners.
