Professional Background
Dr Hayley, Board Certified in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine and Palliative Care, has 30 years of experience of caring for older adults and teaching others to provide that care.
Her clinical practice is in the outpatient setting where she provides both primary and consultative care for the 5Ms: Mind, Mobility, Meds, Multimorbidty and what Matters Most.
She is also Program Director for the Geriatrics Fellowship and Section Leader for Geriatrics in the Department of Internal Medicine. Her passion extends to helping learners in many disciplines and professions learn the best care for older adults. Her career has focused on Geriatrics education and development of programs which improve the care of the most frail older adults.
