Sara Bristow joined the Office of Alumni Relations in January 2021, serving as the Digital Media and Marketing Coordinator.
Together with the Alumni Relations team, Sara cultivates outreach by developing and executing strategic communications and digital media content and plays a key role in membership recruitment efforts.
Growing up in a military family, Sara moved several times during her childhood before she and family settled in Leavenworth, KS. Sara attended the University of Kansas, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, emphasis in Strategic Communications. Sara loves spending time with her husband Chris (J'09) and their two boys, Will and Riley. She also loves to travel, root for the Jayhawks (Rock Chalk!) and binge a Netflix show or two.
