Meet the Children's Miracle Network at KU Medical Center Staff
Jill Garrard, Executive Director

Jill is a native Iowan with a degree in Health Promotion focused on Gerontology. She fell in love with the non-profit industry during an internship with a local non-profit serving the aging population and has never looked back. Jill has 25 years of experience helping the corporate world understand how they can make an impact in their community through non-profit engagement and fundraising.
While currently the Executive Director of the Children’s Miracle Network program at KU Medical Center, Jill is also the owner of an excavation and trucking business. She has no trouble keeping busy!
Jill and her husband, Matt, live in Olathe, Kansas, with their two daughters, Anna and Bridgette and two dogs, Remi and Rosko. She is an avid reader, a “wannabe” green thumb, and she enjoys spending time with her husband riding their Harley on the weekends.

Amy is the Fund Developement Manager of the Children's Miracle Network program at KU Medical Center. With over 20 years of non-profit experience, Amy's passion is educating and motivating companies with ways to make a difference in their communities through fundraising initatives and programs.
Amy and her husband, Andy, have called Kanas City home since 2011. They have two sons, Andrew and Anderson, and a crazy doodle named Charlie. She enjoys reading, fitness and being a "soccer mom."

Hannah’s involvement with Children's Miracle Network began 10 years ago when she began fundraising for CMN through participating in the Miss America Organization. At Kansas State University, she founded K-State Dance Marathon, a student-led fundraising program supporting CMN, where in its first year, the program raised $20,000 for Stormont Vail Health in Topeka, Kansas. She later became the director of Stormont Vail Health’s CMN program before joining the CMN team in Kansas City. As a former student fundraiser, she enjoys supporting student programs, Extra Life gamers, and corporate partners to help ignite their passion for fundraising.
Hannah and her husband, Victor, live in downtown Kansas City with their two cats, Daisy, and Ivy. As KC newbies, they love exploring the metro and finding new favorite spots. She is a huge Swiftie, and loves traveling, especially to St. Petersburg, Florida to visit family and friends.

Sue has been with Children's Miracle Network at KU Medical Center since 2012. She has worked in non-profit accounting for most of her career. She believes the most important part of her job is supporting the whole team to provide what is necessary for the care and support of local kids in the community.
In her free time, Sue enjoys being active, creative and spending time with her family and friends.
