Professional Background

Dr. Branden Comfort, MD, MPH, FACP is board certified in Internal Medicine. He has a primary care practice and does inpatient medicine consults. Dr. Comfort is the Ambulatory Section Leader for the Division of General and Hospital Medicine. In addition to his clinical work, he teaches medical students and residents, both in the classroom and at the bedside. He serves as the assistant director for the Murphy Society in the School of Medicine. He is also active in research which focuses on implementation sciences and quality improvement work.
