- Student Worker, Enrollment Services & Student Financial Aid: This work study position provides assistance to the staff of the Office of Enrollment Services & Student Financial Aid. Primary responsibility is to provide front desk coverage for the Office of Enrollment Services & Student Financial Aid. This requires the ability to interact with individuals in a courteous, timely and professional manner. Duties may include monitoring the telephone line, transferring calls to the appropriate staff member, answering general questions accurately, assisting walk-in traffic and providing excellent customer service. - Student Worker, Kansas Center for Autism Research and Training (K-CART): This work study position provides research opportunities, professional development, and clinical service experience. The student will participate in treatment sessions and provide input with treatment teams, while also gaining experience in grant and publication preparation. The position is for 20 hours a week. The student will gain valuable laboratory experience working with classical and cutting edge technologies. They will be involved with ongoing research studies for 20 hours per week but hours are negotiable for the candidates schedule. They will also gain experience in grant and publication preparation. Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and related Disabilities (LEND) Work Study Student Position: KS Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and related Disabilities (LEND) is pleased to announce the availability of a work study opportunity at The University of Kansas Medical Center. The position entails providing administrative support and data management for a variety of projects that support children/adolescents with developmental and mental health needs. We anticipate this to be a 2-semester commitment with a flexible 10-hour/week in person schedule. Wednesday availability preferred. The hourly rate is $16-$18 commensurate with experience.
