Federal Work Study
Federal work study provides employment opportunities for financially needy students, allowing them to earn money to help pay for educational expenses.
Students who are employed through the federal work study program are required to perform job duties according to the position hired, and will be paid for their employment every two weeks.
Due to the rigors of many of our academic programs, it is recommended that students interested in working while enrolled discuss this decision with their academic departments prior to seeking employment.
Once students are ready begin working, students already awarded federal work study are able to begin applying for available work study positions. Students who did not receive an initial federal work study award should contact the Student Financial Aid Office to determine eligibility.
