To make an appointment with a learning specialist, writing specialist or counselor:

• • Schedule an appointment online
  • Call 913-588-6580
  • Email one of the staff members directly
  • Come to G116 Student Center during office hours
  • For the psychiatric nurse practitioner, please call 913-588-6580. Appointments cannot be scheduled on the portal.  An initial intake appointment with a counselor will need to be completed prior to scheduling.

Counseling Support Services
G116 Student Center
Counseling Support can be found in the Student Center, at the corner of Rainbow and Olathe. If you enter where the green arrow is, walk towards the elevators. Next to the elevators is a door, proceed through the door and take an immediate left. Enter through the consecutive two doors to find G116 Student Center.

Education Support and Writing Center
G012 and G011b Dykes
You can find Education Support and the Writing Center in G012 and G011b Dykes library, respectively. When you enter Dykes Library from the 39th St entrance, turn left at the doors and walk toward the restrooms/snack shop. The offices will be on your right.

Hours

Our hours are 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday. We also offer a limited number of early-morning and later-evening appointments to accommodate irregular schedules. Check online for schedule availability.
