Our Services

Students, residents and fellows value our confidential, respectful and collaborative approach.

Our staff consists of learning specialists, Ph.D.-level psychologists, doctoral counseling practicum students, postdoctoral psychology fellows, psychiatric prescribers and writing specialists. Educational support, psychological services, and writing services are at no cost to students; psychiatric services have a nominal fee. GME pays fees for residents and fellows.

Counseling services

We are located in the Student Center on the northeast corner of Olathe and Rainbow Boulevards.

Although "G" typically signifies "ground floor," we are located on the "L" level between the ground and 1st floor of the Student Center, on the same level as Francisco Lounge and Battenfeld Auditorium. When entering the Student Center from the Rainbow Boulevard (west) entrance, walk past Battenfeld Auditorium and go through the double doors to the left of the elevator. Go through the door immediately to your left and our office door is straight ahead, room G116.

Educational Support Services and Writing Center

Educational Support Services and the Writing Center are located in Dykes Library on 39th Avenue. Both offices are in the west side of the building. When entering the front doors of Dykes Library, go left as far as possible to get to the offices.
