WIMS mentoring committee

To promote professional and personal development of women faculty members through establishing mentor/mentee relationships between faculty members. The WIMS Mentoring Committee strives to provide another venue for each faculty member to find mentoring on a full range of professional development topics which are intended to enrich, enhance and expand department-based mentoring programs and couple tightly with mentoring-related goals of other school and university-wide faculty development programs.

The aim of the WIMS Mentoring Program is to enhance and support faculty to achieve academic career success and satisfaction through establishing and maintaining mentoring-related programming on campus.
