In order to maintain their accounts, all account holders must adhere with these terms and conditions. Other arrangements can be developed on a case-by-case basis.

On behalf of the above organization, I hereby express our intent to:

  • Adhere to all standards outlined in the Publishing Guidelines. Pages which contain marketing, advertising, solicitations for dollar donations, or promotions for any vendor's product must be approved by Internet Development.
  • Maintain all pages for our organization. I understand that we are responsible for testing and verifying the accuracy of all information in documents contained within our web site. We are also responsible for updating this information on a regular basis.
  • If I'm assuming responsibility for pages that were created by another developer, I agree to protect the intellectual property rights for the creator(s) of those pages. I understand that no documents may be copied or moved to other Web sites without the express, written permission of their creators and the University of Kansas Medical Center.
  • If I'm an outside organization, I've read and understand the Relationship with the Greater Community document and agree to its boundaries and limitations.
