Wyandot Development Corporation Minutes
(Wyandotte County Economic Development Council)
November 18, 2004, 11:00 a.m.
Board of Public Utilities Board Room, 540 Minnesota Ave, KCK

Board Members Present: District Commissioner Tom Cooley, Mayor Carol Marinovich, Bob Milan (Board of Public Utilities), and Mayor Clausie Smith.

Board Members Absent: Mayor Stephanie Eickhoff

Others Present: Jim Thompson (Wyandotte Development Inc.), George Powell (BPU), Jenny Burley (BPU), Steve Wolf (BPU), and Carol Sharp (City of Bonner Springs).

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Smith at approximately 11:10 a.m.

Approval of Minutes The minutes of the August 11, 2004 meeting were unanimously approved on a motion by Mayor Marinovich and a second by Commissioner Cooley.

Citizen's Planning Committee Update No report was presented.

Treasurer's Report Tom Cooley presented the Treasurer's Report for the period March 2004 through October 2004. Reported that a reimbursement had not yet been received from the Bridenthal Foundation for the cost of awards given at the Best of Wyandotte Program. The Treasurer's Report was unanimously approved on a motion by Mayor Marinovich and a second by Bob Milan.

Host Report: Board of Public Utilities Steve Wolf of the BPU Department of Economic Development presented the host report.

Information Items Board members provided updates from their respective jurisdictions.

Other Business The next meeting will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 20, at the Bonner Springs Community Center

The meeting was adjourned at 11:55 a.m.
