Student Services Appeals Committee

The Student Services Appeals Committee is comprised of the senior officer for student affairs of the academic schools (Allied Health, Graduate Studies, Nursing, and Medicine). The committee serves as the appeal body for petitions for fee reassessments and financial aid appeals. The committee also serves as the decision-making body for petitions to retroactively withdraw from classes after the published deadline.

When hearing an appeal or petition, the commitee member for the program that the student is from is not allowed to vote but can participate in the deliberations. The decision rendered by the appeal committee is the final university determination on the matter.
