Degree/Residency/Fellowship Verifications
Order a degree verification letter online
Individuals should mail verification forms to:

Forms may also be delivered to 3013 Student Center. On the form include
your KUID number, social security number (required if KUID number is
not provided), date of birth, current address, current phone, signature,
and address where to mail the form. If no form is available, include
a clear statement requesting the type of education or training to be
verified. If the certification is requested by a third party, and that
third party is requesting more than directory
information about the student, enclose a signed statement for the
student releasing the information requested.
Effective July 1, 2006, all regular domestic-mailed verification services and transcript requests are free of charge to current and former KUMC students. Normal turnaround time for requests is 2-3 business days.
