FERPA (Student Records Privacy) Training

KUMC Staff Members are granted access to official student information systems (PeopleSoft Student, Photo Rosters, Datamarts, etc.) in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the University of Kansas’ Students Records Policy. Prior to access being granted, individuals must complete FERPA training and successfully pass a quiz based on the information provided in the training.

All users are required to go through a re-certification training every fall. The Office of the Registrar will contact individuals when the re-certification process begins.
