For short courses, please contact kumcregistrar@kumc.edu to have the grade roster created.

Grade rosters are made available the first day of finals week for semester length courses. Grade rosters are made available the first day after the rotation for SOM clinical rotations. Online grade entry for previous semesters is not available after the grade entry deadline has passed. After this date, grades changes must be submitted via the Change of Grade card. For security purposes, the change of grade card is not available online and extra copies are available in the Registrar's Office (3017 Student Center). Change of grades cards submitted by students will not be accepted.

You can access your grade roster through Enroll and Pay and navigating to the Faculty Center.
