Tax Exempt Forms

Under certain circumstances, the KUMC sales tax exemption number may be available. These circumstances include food for meetings, decorations, supplies and restarurantes. Organizations may not use the tax exemption on any items intended to generate revenue (to be resold). Please note that to use teh forms, you must request a university-issued check made out to the business. Individuals seeking reimbursement cannot use the tax exempt status.
