Federal regulations require all Federal Stafford and Grad PLUS borrowers who borrowed while attending KUMC to complete an exit interview if:
* You are enrolled in less than half time (less than 6 hours for fall and spring or less than 3 hours for summer)
* You have applied for a degree and are close to graduating
* You are in a program that is not eligible for financial aid
* You are not enrolled
* You have withdrawn from all classes at KUMC
The exit interview is a requirement. A hold will be placed on your account until you complete the online exit counseling.
Prior to summer of 2009, Stafford and Grad PLUS student loan borrowers at KUMC borrowed under the Federal Family Education Loan (FFEL) program. If you borrowed under this program, you are required to complete the combined Stafford and Grad PLUS exit counseling at:
Starting with summer of 2009, Stafford and Grad PLUS student loan borrowers at KUMC borrowed under the Federal Direct Loan program. If you borrowed under this program, you are required to complete the Stafford exit counseling at:
