Student Data Warehouse Blog
In conjunction with the Data Integration Department of Information Resources, the Office of the Registrar and Student Financial Aid have developed a web-based student reporting system designed for staff in KUMC academic and administrative departments. Users of the system can access reports of student data from the SAKU Student Administration System. Examples of reports include:
- Enrolled students
- Students who have applied for degrees
- Semester GPA reports
In order to gain access to the system, a potential user must first complete an access request form and send it to the Office of the Registrar. Access is granted in accordance with the University of Kansas' Student Records Policy. Generally, users must have equivalent access to the data in SAKU and have current FERPA training. Specialized reports are created for users who have a regular need-to-know to the data for business process purposes.

If you have access to the system, you can login from the Data Integration website. Currently, the data warehouse can only be accessed from the KUMC campus using the KUMC VPN client.
