    • To avoid late enrollment fees you must enroll by 11:59 PM on June 8, 2009 (Summer) and August 19, 2009 (Fall).
    • Obtain Special Permission/Approval Codes if necessary. These courses are displayed as Instructor consent or Department consent in the schedule of classes. Permission codes are available from the instructor or department (depending upon the type of approval required).

  5. Verify your final class schedule in Enroll and Pay.
  6. Dropping Courses. Changes in your schedule after this date may result in partial or no refund of tuition. See Refunds/Adjustments for more detail.
  7. Pay your tuition and fees by the date specified on your invoice. Your fee assessment will be listed on the Enroll and Pay system. An e-bill notice will be sent to your KUMC e-mail account.
If you do not pay in full or make arrangements with Student Financial Accounting by the date specified on your invoice, your account is subject to late payment fees.
  8. Withdrawals. Dropping all of your courses is considered a withdrawal and can not be processed online. Go to the withdrawal webpage for more information.
