Master Promissory Note (MPN)

New Stafford Loan borrowers and continuing borrowers who have changed lenders are required to complete a Master Promissory Note with their lender. The Master Promissory Note is a legal and binding contract of your promise to repay the loan according to the terms listed on the note.

  • Driver’s license
  • Two separate references with different US addresses (Address must be complete)
  • You may also be required to have your FAFSA pin in order to e-sign your MPN. You can get your pin at www.pin.ed.gov
