Funding Guidelines

  1. Funding requests must be made to the GSC via this on-line submission.
  2. At least one representative from the group requesting funding must be present at the meeting for which the funding request will be considered.
  3. Only registered Graduate student groups are allowed to request funding from the GSC.
  4. There is a maximum funding request of $150 per student group per school semester
  5. All eligible voting members of the KUMC GSC will vote on each funding request.
  6. Awarded funding must be spent within the same semester the award was made.
  7. Exceptions for funding can be made at the discretion of the Executive Committee.
  8. A representative from each group approved for funding needs to be present at a minimum of three GSC meetings throughout the semester in order to maintain eligibility for funding the following semester. This does not apply during the summer term.
