March 1st is the FAFSA Priority deadline for limited need based financial aid at KUMC. You may still complete the FAFSA during the 2012-2013 Academic year to receive federal aid. Information also available at the Office of the Registrar

October 22 First Day Continuing Students Can Enroll
November 14 First Day Newly Admitted Students Can Enroll
December 31 Anticipated Financial Aid Refund Available to 3rd year Medical Students
January 4 Anticipated Financial Aid Refund Available to 1st, 2nd and 4th year Medical Students
January 18 Anticipated Financial Aid Refund Available to Undergraduate and Graduate Students
January 20 Last Day for a 100% Refund for Dropped Courses
January 21 First Day of Classes
First Day for $50 Late Enrollment Fee
First Day for a 90% Refund for Dropped Courses
January 28 Last Day for a 90% Refund for Dropped Courses
Last Day for $50 late enrollment Fee
January 29 First Day for $100 Late Enrollment Fee
First Day for a 50% Refund for Dropped Courses
February 11 Last Day to Cancel a Course (courses will not appear on your academic transcript)
February 12 Second Period Drop begins. Any course dropped during this period will be assigned a "W" grade
February 18 Last Day for a 50% Refund for Dropped Courses
Last Day to enroll, add, swap, change sections, or add credit hours
February 19 0% Refund Begins
February 21 Tuition Adjustment and Residency Application Deadlines
March 1 Application for Graduation Deadline to Assure Inclusion in the Commencement Program
March 18-24 Spring Break
April 15 Last Day to Apply for Spring Degrees
April 22 Last Day to Drop or Withdraw from Classes
May 9 Last Day of Classes
May 13-17 Finals
May 19 Commencment/Official Spring Conferral Date
May 24 Grades Submission Deadline (Undergraduate and Graduate Courses)
