Staff and Program Coordinator Resources

The most relevant information and forms for staff and program coordinators is located in the Office of the Registrar Resource Center.  For the username, type "kumc\" prior to your actual login. If you don't have access, please contact kumcregistrar@kumc.edu).

The Office of the Registrar also hosts quarterly Snack Club meetings. The purpose of Snack Club is to facilitate communication between the Office of the Registrar and the individuals in the academic departments that directly work with students on enrollment-related issues.

This group meets regularly to discuss upcoming enrollment and student records events, new policy and procedures, and other issues that pertain to enrollment student services as they arise. Snack Club is not a policy-making body and is mainly formed to share information and facilitate relationships between the offices. The dates can be found in the Office of the Registrar Resource Center.
