Third Party and Degree Verifications

Effective July 1, 2010, the KUMC Office of the Registrar has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications to third party requestors. Degree and enrollment verifications can be requested and viewed online at www.degreeverify.org by selecting UNIVERSITY OF KANSAS MEDICAL CENTER- KANSAS CITY as the institution.

If you are needing to verify dates of attendance as well as a degree verification, submit a degree verification request and dates of attendance can be found on the Enrollment History tab.

State licensure requests can be sent to the Office of the Registrar, MS4029, 3901 Rainbow Blvd, Kansas City, KS 66160 for completion.

The academic transcript is the only document that is sent directly to third parties from KUMC. An academic transcript can be released with a licensure form along with a transcript release form or the student can submit a request online to be sent to the appropriate agency.
