Student Wellness Program Overview

The KUMC Student Wellness Program, coordinated by the Division of Student Services, is designed to encourage students to develop and maintain a balanced approach to life. The initiative is promoted through programs and events on campus that cover the cultural, emotional, intellectual, physical, social and spiritual dimensions of wellness.

Semester getting stressful...

Life is simply too short, so don't let things pass you in a blur. Take steps to stop and enjoy the things and people around you. Schedule more time between study sessions; don't make plans for every evening or weekend, and find some ways to distance yourself from the things that are causing you the most stress.
